Help with Mathryx.

Support for Mathryx 1.0, for UK secondary-school students in Years 7–11.

Do I need an account?

No. Mathryx 1.0 has no sign-in or accounts. Optional account, cloud backup and parent-linking features are disabled and hidden; they are not live services.

Where is my learning saved?

Your learner setup, learning record, progress, activity and planner settings are kept in the app’s private storage on your device. Archmorrow does not receive them. Apple-managed iCloud or device backups may include this data depending on your backup settings. Mathryx 1.0 does not provide its own cloud backup or sync.

Avoid deleting the app to troubleshoot unless you are prepared to lose its local learning record. Archmorrow does not hold a server copy that it can restore.

How do I export my learning?

You can choose to export your learning to a file and save it wherever you prefer. Be careful where you save or share it, as the file may contain your answers and typed working.

How do I delete my learning?

In Mathryx, open Settings → “Delete learning from this device…” to erase the learning information held by the app. Deleting the app also removes its local data. Previously exported files and Apple-managed backup copies must be managed separately.

How does the subscription work?

Mathryx offers one yearly auto-renewing subscription priced at £19.99, purchased through Apple. Apple handles payment; Mathryx does not receive your payment-card details or Apple ID. The app checks with Apple whether your subscription is active.

To manage or cancel it, follow Apple’s subscription instructions. Deleting the app or your learning data does not cancel the subscription.

Can I turn reminders off?

Reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your device. You can control notification permission in iOS Settings. Reminders never show answers or results.

Does Mathryx have ads or tracking?

No. Mathryx 1.0 contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking tools and no third-party software kits. Apple’s optional crash and usage sharing is controlled separately through iOS Settings.
