Privacy policy

Effective date: 12 September 2026

Streets Won’t Forget is operated by Ryan Archell trading as Archmorrow, based in the United Kingdom. Ryan Archell is responsible for Archmorrow’s processing of personal information described here. Our website is archmorrow.com. Contact us at support@archmorrow.com. This policy explains how the current iOS app processes information, distinguishing the game’s own local storage from processing by Google’s advertising and consent services.

Your game records are stored on your device. The app does not have an Archmorrow account or send your scores and answers to an Archmorrow server. It does connect to Google for advertising and privacy choices.

Information the game uses locally

The app stores your personal best, total completed or ended runs, total correct answers, perfect-run trophy unlock status, and sound, music and vibration preferences using local iOS app storage. These records support the game, statistics, achievements and settings.

During a run, the app holds the question order, selected answer, score, wrong-answer count, 50:50 usage, rescue usage and perfect-run eligibility in memory. It also uses temporary random identifiers to distinguish runs and reward callbacks. The app does not upload these game records or identifiers to an Archmorrow service. The question bank is bundled in the app.

The current app has no sign-in, user profile, cloud leaderboard, Archmorrow-operated backend, or separate analytics or crash-reporting service added by Archmorrow. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location.

Audience

Streets Won’t Forget is a general football quiz app. It is not intended for Apple’s Kids Category. This description does not exclude children’s privacy rights.

Google rewarded advertising

The app integrates Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) for optional rewarded ads: a 50:50 lifeline and One More Chance after a wrong answer. A reward is applied only when the SDK reports that it has been earned. The current Build 2 uses Google test ad units.

The SDK can load ads in advance, once Google’s consent system indicates that ads may be requested. Advertising-related network processing can therefore occur before you tap a rewarded-ad button.

Google’s iOS SDK disclosure describes potential collection of IP addresses (including estimation of general location), crash diagnostics, performance information, device or app-scoped identifiers, ads viewed, and interactions such as video views. Google may use this information to deliver and measure advertising, improve its services, and prevent fraud or abuse. Processing depends on applicable settings, consent choices and platform restrictions.

This third-party processing is distinct from local game records. Archmorrow does not add your scores or selected quiz answers to ad requests. See Google’s iOS SDK data disclosure, how Google uses information from apps using its services, and Google’s Privacy Policy for its handling, retention and international processing of information.

Consent and your choices

The app uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) to update consent information and show Google’s privacy message when required. Google’s consent system handles the privacy choices used by its advertising services. The app checks whether UMP permits ad requests before starting Google Mobile Ads.

When Google reports that a privacy-options entry point is required, the app displays Privacy Options in Settings. Use it to review or change the choices offered by Google. This control is conditional and may not appear for every user. Google’s permission to request ads does not necessarily mean that you agreed to personalised advertising.

The current app does not implement an Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt. Google’s consent flow is separate from ATT; this policy does not claim that ATT permission is requested or obtained. The absence of an ATT prompt does not establish that no tracking or other advertising-related processing can occur.

Storage and deletion

Saved game records and preferences remain in the app’s local storage between sessions. Active run state is not saved as a resumable run. The app has no in-app reset or cloud-deletion feature. Deleting the app removes its local app data; device backup and restoration settings may affect whether previous data is restored. Archmorrow cannot remotely access or erase these local records.

Google manages the information its services process under its own policies and the choices available through its services. Deleting the app does not itself request deletion of information already processed by Google.

Contacting support

If you email support@archmorrow.com, we receive your email address, any name you provide, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to handle your support enquiry or privacy request. This is information you provide directly to Archmorrow, separate from the game records stored on your device.

Messages sent to our support address are forwarded through Porkbun to Gmail. Only Ryan Archell currently accesses support messages on behalf of Archmorrow. Porkbun and Google process messages as part of providing their email services. Archmorrow currently uses no helpdesk, CRM, AI support tool, mailing list or other support system.

We process ordinary support enquiries on the basis of our legitimate interests in responding to users and resolving app issues. Where we handle a request to exercise statutory privacy rights, we process the information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations. Providing screenshots or other attachments is voluntary; please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

Routine resolved support correspondence, including associated attachments, is retained for up to 12 months after resolution and then deleted from our active support mailbox, subject to normal email-provider backup and security processes. Provider-held copies or security records may remain for their own retention periods.

Email providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Their policies explain their processing and the safeguards they describe for international transfers: Porkbun’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy. Contact us if you need more information about the providers used for your correspondence.

Privacy questions and requests

Under UK data-protection law, depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Contact us to exercise your rights concerning Archmorrow’s processing; we will consider your request and explain any applicable limits. Local game data is held on your device; Google’s linked policies explain its own controls and contact routes. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). See how to raise a concern with the ICO.

Policy updates

We will update this page when the app’s data practices change. The effective date above identifies this version. We will revise the policy if changes to the app, advertising integration, support arrangements or website affect these practices.
